Max has close to two decades of banking experience with a unique combination of expertise in both Compliance and Investment. He acquired a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing the banking industry through the senior positions he held with banks in Singapore, and is highly skilled in developing and implementing effective compliance policies that meet the high standards laid down by Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Prior to Red Beacon, Max was Head of Investment and Advisory at ANZ Bank with a track record of success in Asset Management and Investment Advisory. This combination of skills enables Max to provide valuable insights and guidance to the company in the highly regulated finance industry.

Lionel has more than 15 years of experience in private banking and wealth management. He is responsible for driving business expansion & key initiatives, building strategic partnerships and overall business direction of the firm. Prior to joining Red Beacon Asset Management, Lionel was a private banker at Bank of Singapore Limited where he was responsible for managing portfolios of UHNW clients. He is also certified for Fintech in Financial Services.

With more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Charles serves as the firm’s expert advisor on venture capital deals, blockchain projects and various fund structures. A well-seasoned financial practitioner, he started his financial career as a banker and has since built strong networks in the industry over the last decade.

Raymond has more than 20 years of banking experience under his belt, mainly in Investment Advisory and Advisory Portfolio Management. He is responsible for the overall investment strategy for the firm and runs various VCC funds. Raymond was an Investment Advisor , team leader for investment advisor and portfolio manager in BOS, SCB and Citi prior to joining Red Beacon. He is also a CFA and CMT chartered holder and certified for Fintech in Financial Services.

Venessa is Vice President at Red Beacon, lending her 8-year expertise in wealth management advisory to build strong client relationships and harness strong opportunities in her network. She is also a licensed Trust and Estate Practitioner, giving her a specialist insight into inheritance and succession planning.

Evon is Assistant Vice President at Red Beacon and has built up strong client relationships and close networks in her 13 years of experience in the finance industry.

With more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry, Siying is responsible for providing operative and administrative support to the wealth management team and our clients.

Lynn has over a decade of experience in the banking and finance sector, and provides operative and administrative support to the wealth management team and our clients.

With prior experience in the private banking industry, Valere’s responsibility lies in providing operative and administrative support to the wealth management team and our clients.

Tracy is responsible for the day to day office operations, maintaining administrative systems and procedures for the team.
